Write to us
We're a small team using what we know about software to make daily life a little easier, and we're still early. If something is broken, missing, or could simply be better, that address is how we find out. There is no ticket queue and no form to fill in first.
If it's about one of the apps
Each app has a contact screen of its own, and it is the better route when you are signed in: it knows which app you are writing about, your reply address is already right, and the message arrives tagged so it doesn't get lost among the rest.
Rasoi and Life also carry a requests board on that screen — a shared list where anybody signed in can file an idea or a bug and everyone votes on it. A feature request answered privately is one nobody else ever finds out was asked for, so if your suggestion is something other people might want too, the board is the place for it.
If it's about your data
Every app lets you take a copy of everything it holds and delete your account outright, from its own settings, without asking anybody. That is faster than writing to us and it is the same result.
For anything the buttons don't cover — what is held, why, or a request under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act — write to the address above and say which app it concerns. The privacy page covers this page; each app's own covers the app.
If something looks down
The status page is checked once a minute from the machine the apps run on, and it will usually know before we do. If it says an app is up and you can't reach it, that is worth telling us — it means the problem is somewhere our own checks cannot see.
If you've found a security problem
Send it to the same address with security in the subject line, and please don't post it publicly before we've had a chance to fix it. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it; we'll confirm we've received it and tell you when it's closed.
Who's on the other end
rasoi labs is a small team based in India. There is no support desk — the person reading your message is one of the people who wrote the thing you're writing about.
